I so love this phantasmagorical editorial... from the lighting, to the styling, to the story, to the selection of Lily Cole as model... it is a work of absolute wonder! I first spotted a photo from the set on my dear friend Rodellee's pinterest. Pinterest, if you have not yet discovered it, is a phenomenal new bookmarking site, that allows you to group your 'pins' onto separate 'pin boards.' I highly suggest that you take a peek at the site, and if you decide to join, my user name is Rebecca Emily Darling, and you may follow my own pinboards here. I hope you're all having a lovely weekend, and that these photographs inspire you as much as they have me!! xxoxoxoxo

p.s. when I reach 100 followers on Google, I will be hosting a Pretty Package Giveaway to celebrate... so spread the word!!

oh and p.p.s. what is your favorite character in the Alice books? mine has always been the Mock Turtle, as perhaps you can tell by today's collage and the title of this post. I suppose it's comparable to the way Eeyore has always been my favorite character in the Winnie the Pooh books... they're just so sad, you want to hug 'em and kiss 'em cheer them up. Hmm. Maybe my taste in men was more influenced by childhood fiction than by my father... interesting thought, no? ;)

pc - weheartit.com' various and unknown; a couple of the images I used in my collage today were found on the fantastic blog wet behind the ears.
